Equipment, Software & Blogging Skills.

Equipment.
Fortunately, we have worked together before whilst filming.

So we know who works best with what. We know how to use the camera and other filming equipment like the fig rig and the tripod.

We do not feel this is an area we will have a problem with.

One of our biggest benefits is that the equipment we are using, we are using for free. Going with the theme of a 'low budget independent film', we decided to not use too much equipment with the worry of losing any or breaking anything as there is only 3 of us and we are being trusted to use it over the holiday and we do not want to have to pay for new equipment.

We plan to keep our filming process simple. To some that may mean boring but simple doesn't always mean bad.

Software.
Through this process of work we have used  numerous amounts of software. Our favourite pieces of software are Prezi & FinalCutPro.

We use these two particular software every other day. They have proven to be efficient, useful and a quick editing and presenting process.

In lessons, we were introduced to Creative Commons. This is beneficial because it allows us to find the perfect soundtrack for our opening sequence without using anything copyright which would be illegal.

Blogging.
As a group, we do tend to write a lot in our blog posts. Sometimes we would forget to add gifs, pictures or even use things like Prezi, Powtoon, time toast, Vlogs, slideshows and many more.

This meant that our blog sometimes looked like multiple essays which we quickly realized wasn't enjoyable to look at and wanted to make our blog look more presentable.

Kris kind of introduced gifs to our blog, Tarun introduced Prezi, Slides (like a mini slideshow) and they were more than happy to share the websites with me which made all of our posts look a whole lot better.

Our blog receives a lot of views so we would like to think were doing something right with ourblogging because of the amount of views we get.

We had a lot of fun playing with the setting and design of our blog which unfortunately we had to make some minor changes to the layout we originally chose because some things weren't visible on the blog.

However, I think us changing it up so quickly just highlights our ability as a group to alter and fix any problems on our blog and in our work efficiently.
