What happens next?
What happens next?
In tomorrows lesson (Monday, 10th February 2014) we plan to write our film opening script and develop any other ideas we think are relevant to the movie.
We want to explore more sound and video effects which we can use in Final Cut Pro to edit our opening sequence.
Pitch: Individual Feedback
Pitch: Feedback
When we presented our pitch as a group, we thought that it was really good and we presented it as best as we could.
We mentioned everything that the pitch required, so I hope that it gets us top marks.
We had a 15 minutes to present the Pitch however, it took us 27 minutes to present everything, which is almost double the original time.
We thought that it was better that we presented everything even though it may take some time because, we wanted to share all of our ideas concerning the film opening.
In our opening sequence we originally had, an argument and a fight happen at the end of the school day which involves a lot of blood and gore and creepy props however, we were told that it would take longer than 2 minutes to film and it will more than likely confuse the audience so we decided to change everything up but still keep our original idea.
In order to fit in everything we planned to do in the first place, we decided to make some 2 in 1 scenes, which is basically two events thrown and mixed together in one.
We think that it was really good feedback even though we had a very clear idea of what we wanted to do, this new idea that we're currently developing is even better and hopefully get us top marks.
We had an overall, great feedback and a generally nice response to our opening sequence idea.
